I got her a massage here for a special occasion, and she loved absolutely loved it. She typically only goes to places that are featured on Groupon, so you can imagine what her standards were, but she said that this place blew them out of the water.

The staff was professional and considerate, and obviously most importantly, the massage was great. Perfect pressure, not too much random goop on her back when it was finished, and she left feeling like her back was kink-less. 

Definitely a good decision for anybody interested in giving a gift to a friend or loved one!”

“Okay, now we all know that I am a serious spa person. I have to say this was the best massage I ever had. Judie is AMAZING!! 

The hubby bought me a 75 minute massage as a Valentine’s Day present and WOW!! The spa is immaculate. The bathroom is clean and the rooms are nice, clean and warm. Judie doesn’t go too heavy on the oils (a definite plush) and gives you a hot towel to wipe off with after the treatment. She pays attention to the type of massage you want. I didn’t have to tell her to alter her pressure. Judie did just what I asked.

The person who greets you at the door is super nice as is Judie. I will definitely be coming back!!”

Detoxing sequences spotlight deep twists, conscious breathing techniques, supported inversions and restorative poses.  These customized sequences are tailored to the unique needs of your body in real time to support physical, mental and energetic release of toxins from the inside out. L will positively guide you to embody your best self in your home or a location of choice.

Vata: Steadily paced practice with repetition and longer holding of poses.  Balancing poses and hip openers are spotlighted to give the  Vata mind a place to ground through the breath.

Pitta: Moderately paced flow with an emphasis to not “overdo” or push through.  Forward bends calm the mind and soothe the central  nervous system, and balancing poses with heart openers invite the Pitta mind to cool down naturally.

Kapha: Dynamic vinyasa flow increases heat in the body organically to expel toxins.  Standing poses, back bends and inversions  will be featured to allow Kapha energy to ascend.

All yoga practitioners will learn breathing techniques to balance your dosha to support detox, and learn a 5-10 minute sequence that you can practice on your own.  Email support is available for up to 2 weeks following the session(s).

step 4: Simmer 

To delve even deeper into your internal food cleanse,  Ayurvedic Health Coach Sylvie Barthelemy or Certified Holistic Health Counselor L Barbour  will be available for one on one guidance to your Dosha supportive eating and objective views of eating habits. You will receive oil and spice samples, tongue scraper, 2-3  tasty recipes per meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) which are quick and easy to make and Dosha specific in addition to RbR’s delicious Kitchari* recipe to make in the comfort of your home.  Kitchari is very easy to digest and has tri-doshic cleansing effect on the body. *Ingredients can be available for pick up or pre-made at an additional cost. The Health Coaches will  to your continued diet cleanse, improving your digestion, energy, skin tone, and vitality.

Pitta: Enjoy fruits such as melons and mangos. Include lots of cooling vegetables with high water content (eg. cucumbers, kale and  lettuce) into the diet.  Reduce or avoid coffee, hot spices, alcohol, vinegar and acidic foods (eg., citrus and tomatoes).

Vata: Integrate warm, cooked, soupy foods; cooked cereals; nuts; cooked vegetables and warm liquids into daily diet. Clarified butter (ghee), is nourishing. Reduce or avoid dry/crunchy foods, carbonated beverages and cold/raw vegetables.

Kapha: Enjoy plenty of fresh and cooked vegetables, and cook with spices.Reduce or avoid sweets, oil and salt due to sluggish digestion.  Increase  high fiber foods such as legumes whole grains.
