Cancellations are monitored during our Front Desk Coordination hours of 10am-7:30pm

UPDATED FIRST TIME CLIENT POLICY – PRECHECKOUT (July 2023)

Kindly note for all new clients and lapsed clients, we will be pre-charging for the service and tax amount with standard 18% gratuity upon accepting requests. Gratuity can be adjusted upon completion of service.

 

WE FIRMLY HONOR A 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY

As a time-based practice, we strive to accommodate all our clients while respecting the time of our therapists. Rescheduling for another day or with a different therapist is considered as a cancellation. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

  • 24 Hours or More Notice: No Charge- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.
  • 4 to 23 Hours Notice: 50% Charge- Cancellations made within 4 to 23 hours of the appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service’s full value.
  • Less Than 4 Hours Notice or No-Show: 80% Charge-Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment or failure to show up will result in a fee equal to 80% of the service’s full value.
  • Lead Therapist Appointments: For cancellations under 24 hrs- refunds do not apply to the Lead Therapist Rate. The Lead Therapist Rate (LTR) still applies in addition to the cancellations policies above. LTR will be charged regardless of the cancellation notice time.

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Although we will try our best to fulfill your appointment, late arrival appointments will end on scheduled time.


DISPLEASING SERVICE

If your session is not agreeable for you- please stop the session. If we are unable to make adjustments to the service you will not be charged and will be provided a full refund for pre charged appointments. We cannot refund an appointment that has been rendered in full length of service.
