Laurens leads with creativity and heart, drawing from his roots as an artist born and raised near Lake of the Woods, Minnesota. His appreciation for expression and connection shapes the culture of warmth and attentiveness within the practice. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, karaoke, movies, and spending time with his cat, Siouxsie—bringing the same joy and authenticity to his personal life that he shares with the team each day. 🐱
