About Sandra

Sandra joined Rhemedy By Rhed in 2022 as a proud Licensed Massage Therapist, bringing a strong foundation in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, as well as medical and perinatal massage. A 2017 graduate of the legendary Swedish Institute in NYC, she has dedicated herself fully to the healing arts, working across both spa and clinical settings while continually expanding her knowledge and technique.

Her work reflects a deep respect for the body’s history and resilience, supported by years of hands-on experience and a commitment to holistic, effective care.

Clinical Focus & Approach

Sandra’s goal is to help educate clients in managing pain, recognizing how historical traumas can manifest physically and mentally in everyday life. She believes that healing touch, paired with intentional breathwork, can be a powerful gateway to profound transformation.

Blending technical skill with compassion, she provides steady, grounding support throughout each session—often accompanied by audibly soothing encouragement shaped by her years of musical theater resonance. As she thoughtfully expresses, “The stress of always living one step ahead of each thought is carried until the load on the body yells, ‘I can’t do it anymore.’” Through mindful, therapeutic work, Sandra helps clients release that load and rediscover balance and ease.
