Base rate does not include tax, gratuity, higher cost services, or Lyft round trip car service transportation fees to bring table – will be submitted after appt; vice versa, if the client has a table and the therapist does not need to take a car to carry the table, there are no round trip transportation fees. We provide table, linens, oils and music.
